Attorney David Li Appointed as Mediator at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Mediation Center
In October 2023, Senior Partner Attorney David Li was appointed as a mediator at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Mediation Center for a term of three years. The CCPIT Mediation Center, along with its branches, serves as a permanent mediation institution to assist Chinese and foreign parties independently and impartially in resolving commercial and maritime disputes through mediation. Established in 1987, the center has 66 branch mediation centers nationwide as of June 2023, forming an extensive mediation network.
