Lawyer David Li Secured Shanghai Company’s Rights at Port NAVEGANTES
On October 2014, a Shanghai Company (Plaintiff) entrusted a Hongkong Shipping Company (Defendant) to deliver one container from Shanghai to Port NAVEGANTES, Brazil. The goods have been given to the buyer without original B/L being presented, and the Claimant as seller did not receive the remaining balance for the goods.
On October 2015, the Plaintiff entrusted Lawyer David Li to sue for damages at Shanghai Maritime Court against the Defendant. After filing the case, mediation is held by judges with David’s participation. The foreign buyer cleared all the balance under pressure, and the Plaintiff 's loss was fully compensated.
