Lawyer David Li was admitted as a member of China Arbitration Law Research Association

Recently, David Li, senior partner of Shanghai Landing Law Office, was admitted as a member of the China Arbitration Law Research Association.

The China Arbitration Law Research Association is supported by the China Law Society, the Ministry of Justice, the Legislative Affairs Office of the former State Council, and the Supreme Peoples Court. The China Arbitration Law Research Association established in 2004, it is the only national academic organization of arbitration law registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs unit directly under the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. 

The main responsibilities of the Association are: domestic and foreign academic research and communicationtraining arbitrators and lawyers, holding domestic and foreign arbitration theory and practice seminars, publishing arbitration publications and related books, and conducting consultations.

At present, the research society has more than 1,000 registered members, covering arbitration institutions, companies, law firms, law schools and other groups, as well as arbitration practitioners, university and research institutions personnel, lawyers, corporate legal representatives, domestic and foreign experts and scholars. It is an academic leader group that represents the level of the entire Chinese arbitration industry.
